Delivery driver found the right house - I toldHim I’d be right back. He left with the food and the lady owner called me saying it was a prank call even tho the food was paid. When I called her back she said order from any other place we cancelled the orderDon’t trust this place. Don’t go here. Stay far away!

I have been going here (well, I never ate inside) for what seems like at least 15 years since I was a teenager. This isn't top notch chinese cuisine but they serve standard fare american chinese food and they do it very well. They are always polite and haven't messed up my order once. They are so consistent that I moved away for ~10 years, came back, and they still served the same food I remembered. There aren't many places I can say that about.

Dining room is very nice, food even better! Quick service, friendly staff. Couldn't be happier with anything. I'll be back for sure!

Ordered the food was trying to find out why the price was so high; the food I ordered didn’t match the price. The lady hanged up on me, I called back she told me “this is a restaurant and you don’t have money.” I work full time and I go to school, so I have to be certain of what I am paying money for.

Excellent quality food. Was extremely happy with pad Thai. So good i couldn't help but eat entire plate. Also did done in experience and service was excellent.

I've had MANY MANY Chinese food but this place by far is the best. I always try out hot & sour soup first before ordering food and from this alone, I can sense how all the other food is. Everything I've tried from this restaurant is by far the best I've had anywhere. I can actually see, taste and touch shrimp/chicken unlike some of the other place where it's all bread crumbs and inside you can rarely see the tiny shrimp or chix

Food was priced well but the time frame was very long for Chinese food.

Only has 1 star for friendly and quick service... Nothing like I expected... Chicken is in strips instead of chunks, orange sauce actually tastes like oranges... Actual oranges and lettuce? On my plate... Orange chicken is my favorite and I've never had it served or taste like that. Extremely disappointed. It doesn't even taste good... Dont go here.

Terrible service. Hostess was impatient and very dismissive. The food was oily and undercooked.

Ordered for delivery through grub hub. The food was a half hour late, called the restaurant to check on the status and the woman said “i don’t know, I’m not the delivery driver, we are very busy, you want to come pick it up?” Is this place for real?? Will never order from this joke of a restaurant again!! At least grub hub apologized for them and the order was canceled and refunded. Here’s some advice for the restaurant...hire some competent people with actual customer service skills.

It's not the worst food I've ever had but I won't be returning. The food was a pretty bland interpretation of America Chinese food. It just lacked seasoning at all. The sauces we're watery and the rice seemed old.

Best Chinese food in Lansdale hands down! Although one night they didn't have fried rice bummer. Always consistent!

I have ordered delivery and eaten at Hong Kong Kitchen for about a year now. I have had excellent service in the restaurant, very quick delivery when ordered online and the food is delicious. They are very accommodating people. They will make a dish that is not ordinarily spicy, spicy for me when I request it. I see many smiles both in the restaurant and from their delivery person. All I can say regarding the negative reviews is that you are usually treated the way you treat others. If you received poor service, take a good look at your own attitude toward the staff! Perhaps your attitude was disrespectful toward them!?!? I think they are very, very nice people.

The food was good....until that I just found a hair in the food. Disgusting!

The most dirty place ever, food is over cook, sloppy and you can taste old oil in the food, hostess are not friendly and dont care what you need, please do not go there.

First time going here, as I just moved to the area. The flavors are good and the food comes out steaming hot. I ordered for take out and waited in the restaurant. It was ready in less than 8 minutes. This is probably the most white meat I’ve ever received in my general tsos! My only wish is that it was a little more crispy.

Small restaurant that serves Chinese cuisine to go or at a table. I've had better and have had worse, so this place falls in the middle. No frills, food is good and reasonable priced. It only takes 10-15 minutes to grab a whole meal to go.

I ordered General Tso’s, tasted like General Trader Joe’s. 1st and last.

My son and I came in to eat here. We both ordered Chicken and Broccoli and they charged us 26.00. They charged us extra for rice. I think thats insane for an adult and a 10 year old to eat. We sat in the restaraunt. The tables were sticky and I always had to get up to ask for something. The food was ok. But I won't be back.

I like this place a lot. I wouldn't really recommend their orange chicken, which is the only dish from them I've ever had that I threw most of out. (though my cat seemed to really enjoy the orange chicken.) But everything else I've ever had from them is fabulous. Definite recommendation.

The closest you will come to Chinatown Chinese American prepared food. Worth every penny. They are willing to accommodate special orders as well. Thier homemade hot oil is very good. They have an extensive menu of delightful choices.Order early, they get very busy around the 5 pm hour. You won't be dissipointed.

From the first moment you arrive in this place team give you an enjoyable feeling. Very congenial crew, it is a nice restaurant to to go out with buddies or with your date. delicious meals, qualified chief cook and stuff, comfortable cost and professional service. Warmly recommended.

Chinese food you would expect from a shopping center place. It is pretty good, has all the basics with occasional specials, and decent prices.

Got sick today from here😩rotten vegetables in my egg foo young😷it tasted SOUR😠O and umm look how dirty the ceiling fan is among other things👎NEVER AGAIN! They will feed us ANYTHING.

The food has gone down hill since I started coming here a few years ago. The chicken is mostly fat, lo mein is dry. And delivery is always late because they get my address wrong after repeating myself 4-5 times. I tried giving them more than plenty of chances, but I am very disappointed. Also when I have brought up order mistakes, the manager is very rude.

Charged more for items than what is listed in the menu. If you can't trust them to be honest about pricing then how can you trust them to have good food/service

Roach!!! On Sunday 4/5/2020, I purchased a large shrimp fried rice. This is the first time I’ve ever ordered from here, but it was on my way from the pharmacy so no harm is grabbing something so simple from a new place right.... WRONG! As I poured this greasy rice onto my plate a roach began emerge from the box 🤢. I took the food back immediately (still hot) and the lady at the restaurant didn’t seem shocked at all. She said “oh, let me give your money back”. No shocked apology, she was cool as ever.

I’m so happy this place is open, their food is amazing and the woman working the counter was a complete sweet heart! She even gave me a hospital mask! Thank you Hong Kong Kitchen you guys rock!!!

Best Chinese food in town

A container filled halfway with white rice and the other half of the way with broth and without a single noodle is not wonton soup... That's what we ordered, but that's not what we got.Amazingly it is the Chinese New Year as we speak... I would have expected better on a night such as this.

Nice place to grab a quick bite

This was once a go-to place for me years ago, not any more. Service is slow due to lack of staffing compared to previous, several of the dining room tables in the center had boxes and prep materials and someone's unfinished lunch, as if they did not expect customers, and the fried noodles provided while we waited were stale. The worst was that about an hour after I ate lunch there, things did not go well with my stomach. That rarely ever happens to me, so I won't be going there.

By a landslide my favorite Chinese restaurant in/around Lansdale. Boneless ribs and wonton soup are particularly well done, but have been pretty pleased with all the dishes ive tried. Very consistent whether takeout/dine in or delivery.

I used to love this place. But awhile ago I read the Lansdale health department and they said that this place has had mouse droppings and roaches. So that was a turn off

Completely agree with the last review. Front desk woman is less than friendly - you'd think you were inconveniencing her by ordering food. Same attitude all the time so it's not just someone having a bad day. But their food is decent. Pretty standard Chinese takeout. The curry chicken is good and very flavorful. Not the worst place, not the best =/
